About the cover
The NDSM wharf in Amsterdam-Noord has been a fringe of Amsterdam for many many years. It has hosted many many parties over the years. From the early nineties till now. Nowadays it is taken over by big companies and hotels. But there are still festivals happening in the summer. And it still has a rough feeling to it. At a theater festival at the NDSM wharf, this puppet led the way to a machine that played a whole show with mechanical puppets. There was no human interaction necessary for this play. A rather crackpot idea! Therefore it seemed fitting to use it as a cover.
